The Power of Lazy Engineers
If an engineer is lazy enough, he/she can be an engine for the company.

Mitsuyuki Shiiba says "DevOps is fight against Muda(wastes)". He talks why lazy enough engineers can be key persons to drive changes and what they actually bring to the team and the company. There are three key points.
 
His talk is based on his Scrum and DevOps hands-on experience at Rakuten Osaka branch for more than 5 years which brought many changes there. And he introduces how the development is at Rakuten Osaka branch currently.
