Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation Session

Enjoy fundamental, twenty-minute yoga sessions that rejuvenate body and mind. Connect with yourself and others while practicing Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). Participants should wear comfortable clothing (jeans are OK) and prepare a small towel. Twenty mats will be available on a first come, first served basis.
